GUITAR DAD

Today marks the official beginning of what many hope is a huge step forward for America. Regardless of your political leanings, there's no denying that Barack Obama is a strong, charismatic leader, maybe just the leader we need for these troubling times. With great excitement, I look forward to seeing the results of the strategies of our new commander in chief. Godspeed, Mr. President.

I would have to disagree.

A professional speaker does not necessarily make a good President.
The current "Spending Bill" he wants to pass is pathetic and is a slam to the American people.

Of course I know there is no changing your mind and I don't intent to do so.
he first weeks in office are a tell-tell sign where this great country is headed.
Hold on tight you're in for a long bumpy ride and a lot of disappointment.

Best wishes,
The Buckit Man

Thank you for posting a comment -- and I appreciate your point of view. Believe it or not, I voted Republican in the presidential election but feel obligated to be hopeful with the outcome we were dealt. I guess I'm a "can't beat 'em join 'em" type. We've got a bumpy road ahead for sure, and I'm certain there will be plenty of blame leveled at Mr. Obama. Thanks again.
